I m trying to build my first house in ts4 and i m still learning about the changes to the build system.

I love building houses and especially big villas in victorian or colonial time styles. Sims 4 this might be a stupid question but i ve been trying to work this out in game for ages and i m getting really frustrated. Well i can create that but when i remove the floor. I had to build fences round the stairs which is really strange looking when there s nothing holding up the fence. Why can t they just have it so you can remove floors the same way as in the sims 3. On your lot use either the basement room tool to create a basement or navigate to the basement level with the page down button and use the standard.
